4 May 2010Development Drums is a useful website providing weekly podcasts on key development themes. The latest episode has Roger Thurow and Scott Kilman, two Wall Street Journal writers, talking about their book Enough: Why the World’s Poorest Starve in An Age of Plenty.
Owen Barder, who also runs the Owen Abroad website, presents and produces the podcasts. His websites, along with that of Oxfam’s Duncan Green, provide a good way of keeping up with the development discussion.
I do not always agree with what they argue but those who want to provide an alternative take on development need to follow the mainstream debate as closely as possible.
